I am following the weightwatchers points plan and I have set this up for myself to keep track of how I am doing. So far so good. It helps me to read back the highs and the lows of my weightloss 'journey'. It helps to highlight my triggers and motivations.

1/2 stone (7lb) achieved between 2007 and 2009
1 stone and 5% (14lbs) - achieved 2nd time 3rd July 2010
1 whole dog (18lbs) - 3½lbs to go
21 lbs (1½ stone) only 6½lbs to go!
2 stone and 10% - 13½lbs to go
56lbs by June 19th - 46½lbs to go
Weight Loss
10th July 2010 - ½lb gain, 14½lb loss
3 July 2010 - 18st 8, 2.5lbs loss, 15lbs total loss!
26 Jun 10 - New Week 1! -18st 10.5lb, 12.5lb total loss
2007-June 2010 - Start weight 19st 9lb. Lost nearly 4 stone then put lots back on. Weight now 18st 12.5lb

This top was really tight last time I wore it in July last year and I could barely tie the wrapover bit! The trousers I bought to match the top and thye never fit so this is the first time I have worn them.

1 stone down (I am holding my first stone btw!), can't see a vast amount of difference but trust me there is one!
